GIZIA offers a seamless return process for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags still attached. You may return your fashion pieces within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your GIZIA account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact to qualify for a refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your account portal to the outside of the package and schedule a courier pickup.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
